Directions to our Office

 

We are located in the American General / AIG complex of buildings located at the corner of Waugh and Allen Parkway, just outside of downtown Houston. Directions to our offices:

FROM I-59: Exit Kirby Drive. Turn left on to Kirby (north). Kirby Drive curves to the right as you head downtown. Kirby becomes Allen Parkway once you cross Shepherd. Continue on Allen Parkway and take the Waugh exit. Stay on service road and go straight through intersection of Waugh and the service road. The American General Complex is on the right, beginning at the intersection of Allen Parkway and Waugh. Turn right into entrance number 3 (on the right). Go straight and take second right to proceed to public parking in the basement.*

 

FROM 290: Exit 610 going west towards the Galleria, Exit East bound I-10. Exit Studemont. Turn right (south) onto Studemont and continue until it reaches Allen Parkway. Turn right onto Allen Parkway , but stay on service road which will lead you to the Waugh exit. Take the Waugh exit, but make the U-turn before the light. Stay on service road of Allen Parkway heading back towards downtown. Continue on the service road short distance and turn right into Entrance 3 (on the right).*

 

FROM I-45: Exit Allen Parkway. Continue on Allen Parkway, heading away from downtown. Exit Waugh. Take the Waugh exit, but make the U-turn before the light. Stay on service road of Allen Parkway heading back towards downtown. Continue on the service road short distance and turn right into Entrance 3 (on the right).*

 

FROM I-10 (Downtown): Exit Heights. Turn left onto Heights Blvd. Follow Heights Blvd. over Washington Avenue. Pass over Allen Parkway and make U-turn at D'Amico. Turn right onto Allen Parkway. Continue on the access road to Entrance 3 (on the right).*

 

FROM I-10 (Katy): Exit Studemont. Turn right onto Studemont and continue until it reaches Allen Parkway. Turn right onto Allen Parkway, but stay on service road which will lead you to the Waugh exit. Take the Waugh exit, but make the U-turn before the light. Stay on service road of Allen Parkway heading back towards downtown. Continue on the service road short distance and turn right into Entrance 3 (on the right).  Follow instructions below.*

 

FROM MEMORIAL: Take Memorial to Shepherd. Turn right (south) on Shepherd and go to Allen Parkway. Turn left (east) onto Allen Parkway.  Take the Waugh exit from Allen Parkway and stay on the Allen Parkway service road continuing hrough the intersection of Waugh.  Turn right into Entrance #3.  Follow instructions below.*

FROM DOWNTOWN HOUSTON: Take Lamar out of Downtown. Lamar turns into Allen Parkway. Go 3 miles. After passing under Studemont, take Waugh Drive exit. Take U-turn before the light at Waugh. Continue on access road going back toward downtown and turn right into Entrance #3. Follow instructions below.*

 

*At the intersection of Waugh and Allen Parkway: The America Tower will be on your right. Pass it and Entrances 1&2 into the American General complex. Turn right into Entrance 3. The signage is very good and will direct you the short distance straight ahead to a garage parking area, with Visitor parking in the basement of the Wortham Tower Garage (on your right), which is immediately past 2777 Allen Parkway.

 

AFTER PARKING: Take the garage elevator to the PL Level (Plaza level), which is one level above the G (the ground floor). After exiting the elevator, you will see a security desk to your right. You must present a drivers license or some other form of indentification to obtain access to the building. You will be given a temporary identification badge for that day. After checking in with security, proceed down the hall towards your left. You will pass the little "Oasis" store on your left, you will see a sitting area and then elevators on your left. This is 2777 Allen Parkway. Take the elevator to the 10th Floor. You will be in the Funderburk reception area when you exit the elevator.
