Career Experience:  Heather Chong is a new associate with the firm, whose work is focused on civil litigation matters. 

​

Heather received her J.D. from Southern Methodist University, where she served as Internal Vice President for SMU's Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, Notes Editor for the SMU Science and Technology Law Review, and Clinic Chief for SMU's Small Business and Trademark Clinic.

​

Prior to joining the firm, Heather gained experience in matters involving torts, contracts, business litigation, labor and employment, school law, data privacy, and trademarks through various internships and clinics.

​

Education:  Preparatory Education, The University of Texas at Austin (B.S. with Honors, 2020); Legal Education, Southern Methodist University (J.D. 2024).
